Would recommend for sure. With this recent deep freeze I had water heater issues. Made the phone call in the morning, tech showed up to my house by the afternoon. The Service Technician Colton was super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to inform me of the cause of the issue as well as recommendations to prevent from further issues. Super happy and definitely gained a customer here!

Woke up to the smell of what seemed like diesel exhaust, turned out to be the furnace, which I shut off. Called Roy's Heating and they were there the same morning. Great service and thank-you. Love your text updates and prompt invoicing as well. Great to know that you can pay on-line too.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for them to come Friday. They didn't arrive at the set time, waited a few hours and then called them. My work order was lost in a pile on the desk and didn't get given to the plumbers. They were done in Hinton for the day and wouldn't be able to assist us till next week. Not reliable.

These guys are awesome. The heat went out in our store on a Saturday and they were the only ones to answer their phone. They went way out of their way to help us even though they had not installed the furnace. Unfortunatly after the town had been scoured for new or used parts they couldnt get our unit fixed but it wasnt for lack of effort on their part! Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with
