I ultimately did not use this company but they did call me as a follow up and refunded my dispatch fee. Since I did not use them they were concerned that I was not happy with their service. Not the case at all. Sean, the plumber who came to my house was very polite and explained everything clearly. I just decided not to go this way. This company does stand behind their motto. Kudos.
Great service, very professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I had my laundry room completely switched around and Sean listened to what I wanted and made it happen.
Basic plumbing job, exorbitant cost. The pricing system they have in place is designed like a scam. There is a $69 dollar non refundable call out fee and once they arrive they assess your problem and provide a quote. I should have hung up when I called and they would not give me a general price over the phone (I knew what the problem was but am not there to take care of it myself). My guess was that I would pay around $150 + the call out fee to clear the clogged kitchen sink and hair ball removed from the drain in my rental condo. They arrived and quoted me $300 to remove the clog in the sink and nearly the same amount to remove the hair ball. Needles to say, they are not doing the work.....but I'm still on the hook for the call out fee. One star provided as the technician i spoke with was pleasant to talk to.

My wife and I had our poly-b plumbing replaced in our house. We met with Kurt two weeks prior to booking this job. Kurt walked through the house and provided us with a thorough evaluation of the work required. He also provided an estimate. We are happy to report that the job was completed on schedule and did not exceed estimated work charges. Kurt and his crew from Action Auger Plumbing did a fantastic job of replacing our old plumbing . We were extremely satisfied with the service that we received.
