John provides fair prices and excellent customer service. I reached out to John following a high estimate from another highly Google-rated plumbing and heating contractor. You can tell he's an honest guy right from the start and, unsurprisingly, his estimate was much more fair. I am very happy with the gas line he ran to my BBQ and future fire table.

I recently relocated to Edmonton and being a service HVAC technician for 20 years I can quickly spot poor customer service but you wont find that here. John was here within an hour, professional, did the job for the quoted price with no surprises, protected the floor of the work area and cleaned up after himself. This type of work is expected, what is not is the time he took to give me some advice on some good companies around to work for and showed me some links to some job sites I did not know about. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

John was extremely reliable and so friendly. His service is very professional. We encountered a minor complication during installation, but John and his team fixed it right away. He installed a gas line to our stove quickly and the line is very neat and tidy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. I have waited over 20 years to find someone willing to run a gas line to my garage. When I spoke with John he was more than happy to take on this job, not only did he run the gas line, which was almost 90 feet dug by hand, he put in a line for BBQ, and installed a garage heater. John took care of the permits required. His work passed with flying colors. I highly recommend John for any projects you may have.
