Very disappointed in the professionalism with this company as an appointment was booked and I did not even receive a phone call to advise it was canceled so alternate arrangements could be made. Felt that they were rude and unprofessional over the phone advising they would call in a couple of days if they were able to meet my needs. I would not recommend using this company.
Dale called me on the phone to help trouble shoot my hot water tank issue. He even tried to save me some money by sending me to another store to buy a part he could have sold me at a higher price. He took the time to help knowing he wasn't going to make a sale with me.
These guys provide fast service and were easy to work with! I recommend.
