Front line fella was great. Office Manager person couldnt even engage in dialogue regarding the rate I was charged. I asked questions and was pointed to the number on the bottom of invoice. No dialogue. Disappointed. Front line fella doing the work was awesome, too bad the rest of the Team wasn’t, in my experience.
