I had my poly B pipes replaced and the experience I had was five stars starting with Shawn, the owner, coming to give me an estimate. He gave me all the information I needed to understand what was going to take place. Thom, Blake, and Jason were the guys to do the installation of the pipes and new hot water tank. They were respectful, efficient, responded to my questions and kept me informed about what was going on. I could't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to all of you. Leslie
Oh my From the first emergency call back, Tom was awesome, taking the time to help me get the water leaking stopped! To the 8 am call from the nice gal at the office as promised to arrange the fix.... to Jason coming today to fix the issue completely and bang on where he needed to cut out and quick and well done as well, I am so impressed! I had called another company first and got a good sense of oh well that is too bad, but we are busy....so happy they gave me that impression so I could find a stellar company like Express!!! Thank you, your professionals made a stressful time much easier!
Just another shout-out to the fantastic installation crew at Express Plumbing and Heating. My renters are telling me how much they are enjoying having a full bathroom in the basement. I am so impressed with every aspect of the service from Express Plumbing and Heating. Chad replaced our water heater and was exceptional - very personable, efficient, punctual, and professional. When Thomas arrived to give him a hand with the removal of the old tank they were so careful not to damage the walls as the staircase was very narrow and angled. He, too, was very courteous, friendly and professional. The price of the new unit was fair and I will definitely be calling them when the furnace needs replacing. Karen Hamilton
