Horrible place to work do not get sucked in

After many attempts to fix our Rinnai water heater (eventually we determined that we needed to replace it), I contacted Greg to have him come to our house and quote us on a new one. After waiting for two days and receiving no call back, I called Greg again and he said that he was too busy and unable to let me know when he could make the time. I let him know that I was displeased with the service and he said that I should just deal with someone else. (his exact words were "that's just the way the world works").

My family recently built our new "dream" home, and G&G was there from the start, right till the end. Everything went seamless. At the office, everyone there was amazing assisting us in choosing fixtures, sinks, tubs, etc. This company is very knowledgeable and are definitely pro's at what they do. Throughout the build, I would meet different plumbers, sheet metal workers, etc and I must say each one of them were very friendly and would answer any questions I had. You could tell they cared about the work they did. Tyler and Kris and all the staff were amazing. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did, and would not go anywhere else in the future. They stand behind there work, and have even followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. You can't say that about most companies these days. This is most definitely a FIVE STAR company and their experience shows in both the workmanship and customer service end of things. Amazing people...amazing business...hands down the best choice in Central Alberta. These guys really go the extra mile. Thanks again to everyone from G&G for assisting us in building our dream home.

I have been employed by G & G Plumbing and Heating since last fall and I must say it is the best company I have ever worked for. Tyler and his family treat his employees like family. When I was hired I was expecting my life as a full-time working single mother to be one of the most difficult things to go though, but because this company treats its employees so well I have found the working mom life to be amazing. If my daughter is ever sick I am able to take time off to be with her without feeling guilty. Having my overtime hours banked makes me feel secure that if something did come up where I needed them I have access to them. And because of the health benefits I have never had to struggle to get anything my daughter needs. As with all health plans there is a limit on the health benefits of how much you can spend a year on certain things. And I understand that if I went over that limit I would still have to pay into the benefits even though one particular thing has been suspended until the next calendar year. (cant pay $80.00 a month for something your charging $10,000 to in a year!) Another option I love about the benefits is that if for some reason I lost my job I have the option to pay into it for up to six months. So even when I go to school I still have coverage from my health benefits! Tyler and his family know the right way to treat employees to keep them part of the G & G family and working as hard as they are to only do good quality work. I am being trained to be a plumber and gas fitter and I wouldn't want to do it for any other company. If you want a company that doesn't treat its employees or customers as a number G & G is the way to go. I am very happy to be working for a family owned company! Where else could I work where I can have a free BBQ meal off our Custom BBQ trailers while my daughter plays with all the other employees kids in a bouncy castle after work!?!?
