We’re part of the Bear Care program and have been for a few years. The techs were in a few days ago to check the boiler and hot water tank. As always they did a thorough check of the equipment and let me know if there were any concerns. They kept me up to date on any maintenance issues that I could complete throughout the year that could keep things in order. Great service and great techs. Would highly recommend the company.

This past weekend we had two separate leaks in our Poly-B plumbing on two separate days. Martin and Peter were the service guys who came to our home to do the repairs. They completed the work in a timely manner and went the extra mile to make sure that everything they did was done in the best possible way. Martin and Peter gave excellent advice and were exceptionally polite and tidy.
They were very friendly and gave lots of feedback on the issue. Work was completed in a timely manner and all seems to be working well.
