Mike from Sunrise Plumbing was fantastic. Was able to come diagnose our furnace within the hour, and have it repaired the next day. Great work, very fair price, very personable and knowledgeable guy, and he even unclogged our bathroom drain after replacing the furnace motor. Highly recommend Mike and Sunrise Plumbing.

Mike @ Sunrise Plumbing is by far the best plumber we have ever hired. Always punctual and affordable. Installed a heater, hwt and lots of plumbing for a new bathroom in our shop. Definitely our 1st choice and would recommend to any and everyone.

My experience with this company has been horrible. From the time they installed my furnace a few years ago until now I have had nothing but problems with it. Numerous times is cut out when it was very cold during the winters. Then the whole motor went and it took 3 months to get a part (during the winter). Now that whole part is broken again and I took it to a reputable company. They told me the wrong part was installed so it was only a matter of time until it broke down. That part will cost me over $700.00. I have had no peace of mind. I paid for a working furnace and never got what I paid for. Shame on you for cheating me.

Called Mike on Fri, Dec.29, 2017 at around 7:30pm to troubleshoot a hwt issue. He arrived within 15 mins, fixed the issue quickly and was very professional. Would recommend Mike and Sunrise Plumbing to anyone in a pickle with their plumbing on a cold -30 night. Thanks Mike!

I didn't have a very good experience with this company. I called and explained my situation that I care for children in my home and my toilet is plugged. I asked how much they charge per hour and was quoted $80. The plumber came over and ran his snake down the toilet and was successfully able to unclog the plug. He was here for aprox. 10 min. He went to his truck and wrote out the bill. When he brought it in it was for $95 plus tax. Came to $99.75. I paid the bill but was puzzled. The only charge on there was for labour. I decided to call the office again to see if I heard her correctly. When I asked a second time what they charge per hour, was told AGAIN $80 and the receptionist asked me why. When I told her I was charged $95 plus tax she said puzzled, "For labor"? Yes I replied. She put me on hold to find out why and the plumber answered the phone. He asked me what the problem was. I asked him why I was quoted $80 and he charged me $95. His reply was that I was operating a business from my home. They have a different rate for businesses. Really?! So if I hadn't mentioned that not all three of these kids I was caring for were mine and that I have a dayhome then my charge would have been what I was told the fee would be? I am very upset. This is poor business. I will be telling all of my dayhome friends about this experience and will never call this company again.
