My furnace had stopped blowing heat. I called for some assistance to trouble shoot the problem and the gentleman explained how to get the codes. When all codes were normal he gave me a list to check. Then he called me back with an item he forgot and that was the problem. Fixed and heating the house. Nice to have when it's 25 below. Thanks guys. I recommend them highly.
