Reliance The Furnace Company

My parents have had the same furnace for decades, and they'd been experiencing more and more issues these past few winters. So I reached out to Reliance to install a new furnace and smart thermostat system. They responded quickly, and had a new system installed and running a few days later, right before the first snowfall. The person they sent over (I believe his name was Joe) walked us through the issues with the old furnace, explaining and demonstrating the smart thermostat, and provided clear answers to every question we had. My parents are retired, so I really appreciated them finding a cost effective solution, and I'm happy to report that the house has never been warmer!

I had Gus come out to provide me with an A/C quote. He provided me with a few detailed quotes and all the options available to me. He answered any questions I had and informed me of the process if I chose to move forward with the install. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and he made it a pleasurable experience. The installers called when they were on there way and the install went smooth. The techs explained and went through the entire system, explained the use of the new thermostat. Very clean and professional . Gus called later in the day to check how the install went and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall a great experience, they have gained a new customer with there outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a worry free service.

These guys have always provided me with great service. Installation was top notch and I've only needed to get a couple of minor repairs in the ten years that I've had the furnace and a/c. Both repairs were quick and inexpensive. The service guys are great to talk to, and give good advice on how to maintain your investment. Peter was the last service guy and did a great job! We’ve lease our AC unit with Reliance in Edmonton and have only good things to say about this Company. Tech/Rep Gus Guzman was very professional and made the first visit very easy and comfortable for us. Explained everything and ensured we had all of our questions answered. We then decided to go ahead and within 2 days the technicians installed the unit. We also got our humidifier with then and once again, they were all very professional and reliable. This Company has showed us thru their work that they very much value the client and the relationship. I recommend their work and professionalism.

He not only fixed the issue I had, he found other potential problems that could have arisen. He was quick and thorough and very professional, explaining to me what he was doing and why and made sure I understood. I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking for exceptional service.
