Dan stepped up on a Sunday evening when I discovered a leaky t connection under my kitchen sink. He sent Taylor who arrived as scheduled and assessed and fixed the problem in about 40 minutes. Taylor was very engaging and obviously knew what he was doing. Best part is my blood pressure returned to normal shortly thereafter. Can’t beat dependability and peace of mind which Dan and Taylor brought to me and my family. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You guys rock.

Richfield was very easy to communicate with, they came in really fast. The service tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (some of them silly). He even took a look at some things that weren't on his work order, just to make sure everything is (and will remain) fine. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a sewer line back up in the middle of the night, Richfield had been doing some other work for me so I called them. They quickly determined that while they were not the best to handle the task, that I needed someone urgently so they brought in a specialist short notice who took a look and helped me find a problem with my septic system. In they end they did not actually get involved in my fix but they helped me find good help and made sure someone was looking after me. This was something they easily could have just passed off as not something they do but they showed a genuine interest in making sure I got help when I needed it.

I would highly recommend Richfield Plumbing. They were great to work with setting up the job, and ordering the parts we required. Very patient providing multiple options for the job. They arrived on time, fully prepared, completed the job in a timely manner as expected and on budget. Very polite, respectful and nice young guy that did the work. This is the second time I have had Richfield Plumbing come out to my place. I had no water and they came out and noticed a crack in my pipes. I had water within a couple hours. Then I noticed that my sewer was backing up, so Terry came out the next morning and checked. It seems my pipes were frozen and the heat tape was all wrecked. Terry went and got more heat tape and then we used my little heater to try and un freeze the pipe. I was out of my home for two days but it work. This was the cheapest way that we were going to try. I really appreciated that’s since I am not working and I really didn’t have the money to get the pipes steamed. Also I find for the quality of work they do the price is very fair.
