Had a little communication problem at the beginning but Tom was very professional and polite. My tub drain was not a standard size so he ran off and got a new drain that was better then I expected. He installed it and cleaned up afterwards. Also the service was done for a reasonable price. I will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
When my residential hot water heater had a component failure A1 was the first company that offered to fix the problem as opposed to replacing the entire tank (which it didn't need). Diagnosis and repair was fast and complete. Will absolutely do business with A1 again.
I have used Tom at A-1 Rooter Plumbing for many years and he is very reliable and quick to respond to service calls! Through challenging situations he has always helped me, been very polite and pleasant, and always answered my calls ready to take on my job regardless of how small it is.
