The Gentlemen Plumbers

Had Tom come to my home to install a dishwasher. If I could give Tom a 5 stars and the company itself a 4 or even 3 stars I would. Tom was great, everything they said he would be...a gentleman, knowledgeable, and even cleaned up after himself. He did a wonderful job. The issue I have is the pricing. $471.49 to install a dishwasher and the old one was pulled out prior to Tom's arrival. I have a water dispenser on my fridge and asked how much it would cost to run a hose to the basement (we had a leaking issue and it was disconnected, but we really miss have the ice maker) and the quote was $600.00...wow...really. Never mind that after my dishwasher installation Tom did a Home Inspection (I don't think we had much choice about this) and informed us that our sump pump needed replacing, guess how much....$900. My goodness, I can replace a sump pump myself...truly. My brother-in-law showed my husband and myself and said anyone can do it. Why would it cost so much. It most certainly isn't Tom's fault as he doesn't set the price. Would I recommend Tom; you bet I would, but I would give my friends the heads up about pricing:(

Dylan was thorough and professional when coming to fix our garburator. He was super kind to our 3 year old who wanted to watch him do his job. Even though it was a quick fix, he made our time worthwhile by providing a complimentary home inspection. We wouldn't hesitate to work with GP again - we've always received reliable service from them. Thanks Dylan!

Tycho and Adam came to do the yearly inspection. They both were very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. They provided very helpful insight as we are in the process of getting a new hot water heater. They were able to answer all questions regarding hot water tanks vs. on demand systems. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who has an older home.

I had Mike come in and fix my taps and replace some valves for my condo. He was great! explained everything very clearly to me which was a plus because I always felt with other companies I never knew if I was being taken advantage of. Not only did he explain everything he would show me the damaged parts and explain what caused them helping me prevent the same issues in the future. Best service I have received in a long time from a plumber.

Installation of Furnace & AC - Very Professional from start to finish, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They will walk you thru everything they will do are doing and have done. They service what they install and have their own warranties as well. We trusted them in our home when were out of town and they locked up when they were done for the day.
