This was a 5 star service, but the one thing we did not agree with was the extra charge for the Drain cleaning auger, hence the 4 stars. For the hourly charge all plumbing tools should be included. If you hire a carpenter they don’t charge extra for a saw, you hire a mechanic they don’t charge extra for a wrench etc... Besides that, the tech that came over was excellent. He fixed our issue and explained everything he was doing step by step. Would recommend this company to others.
