Plumber came and fixed the problem within 15 min. Communication throughout the booking process definitely needs work though.

Contacted the company in mid June to have my main drain POWER augered. Tech arrives and does a manual auger. Sends bill out end of July. I contact them mid August to pay bill and let them know the problem was not solved. Lady says no to paying the bill till the problem is solved. Again I say it needs POWER augering. Tech comes again and does another manual auger and says the block is roughly 80' out - now I am not a plumber, but 80' seems like a VERY long distance to do a manual auger on a main drain with success - guess what - NO SUCCESS - problem still not solved - have been trying to contact the business for over a month and a half, never any answer and rings till goes to fax machine pick up. Finally this past week they had voicemail working...took 3 more calls and messages until someone called back stating that they don't work for free! Reminded the guy that it was HIS lady that said to not pay till the problem was fixed. Goes back and forth and I finally get out of him that they do NOT have a POWER AUGER????? This would have pretty pertinent information to know right from the beginning!! Paid their bill all up and now have to pay twice for something that if I would have been told they did not power auger, would never have been hired for in the first place. I will read reviews more carefully next time as it seems if you check ALL review places, this is normal protocol for this company.

Very courteous, helpful, and friendly. I've tried 3 plumbers in the Camrose area and Jorgensen's far outperforms everyone else. 5/7. Would use again.

I called Jorgensen this morning to get some work done. The man on the phone was so incredibly unprofessional I was forced to cancel my appointment and call another company.

these guys came with so many recomendations too bad they never answer the phone
