Our hot water tank had a slow leak. I told Tom's it wasn't an emergency, but they still came two hours later. They pointed out that our vent stack was old and not up to code. I asked them to replace it as well as the incoming water line. Both items were my request. They didn't try to upsell me anything. They were very prompt and courteous. I will definitely use them again.
Great service. Tom is punctual, polite, informative, and helpful and did great work at a fair price. He has replaced 2 hot water tanks for me in different homes. One was a wintertime emergency replacement and he was there right way. He has referred me when unable to do a job he doesn't do. I am needing more work and will absolutely call Tom.
The folks show up do their job compete and help releive stress. Tom's group has never over charged me. And I've always appreciated the help
