We had some issues with another plumbing outfit closer to home- so we called Action Plumbing to remedy some issues and replace our failing hot water heater. The workmanship we received was professional and the staff and tradesmen were professional and friendly. Our difficulty however came after the invoice. We certainly weren’t looking for any favors, but the invoice tickling $3000 was incredibly difficult for our family of 8 to swallow. We wound up with them coming twice despite sending pictures and paying labor rates for 3 tradesmen to do a job that albeit was easier with two, could have been handled by one ( we recognized that’s a novice opinion ) We discussed our issues over the phone and sent relevant pictures yet wound up with an invoice just less than $1000 above what we were told to brace for.
