I believe he is experienced. I explained everything at the time of the call said outside tap was leaking needed to be change. He did a quick fix because he didnt have frost free part. Overcharged me I think. His rates are too high. $105/hr. Wish I read the reviews first. I would pass not resonable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,I wish you can give negative stars for this company, hired them for a plumbing leak, sent them pictures of everything. They quoted us 300$ for the job so had them come out, (took him forever to even come out), after the job was finished received a bill for almost 700$. When asking him about this they said there was more work required, when asking why they did not tell us about the change in price cause its a substantial amount more, the guy got right a rude. If that was going to be the cost fine but its poor practice to quote one price then give over double, if he would have phoned us first to alert us of the extra work we could have decided on a different route if needed but now we are stuck with a 700$ bill. What a rip off place.
