Fabulous service. Thompson Mechanical in Fort Saskatchewan repaired my furnace in the middle of the night. I can not say thank you enough. As a senior in Fort Saskatchewan it made me very proud to have received such wonderful service from a local company. The young man who responded to my situation was very kind and respectful. Affordable and reliable and I would use them again.

Thompson Mechanical has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I have used their services for the past 10 years. They are very knowledgeable, and have such great service! I have had a few emergencies over the past 10 years and they have always come thru for me immediately. Plus they have always given me a fair price, even in emergency situations. We had TM come and fix our toilet. They were incredibly professional and efficient. The issue was explained to us so as to prevent future concerns. Given the amount of time needed and work that went into the repair, their rate was beyond fair! TM will be our go to from now on.

Very disappointed in the service and pricing. They did not listen to what we wanted, charged us double what it would have been for a new unit and the labor cost was twice what was quoted and so was the part. I absolutely regret ever calling them into my home. They did not clean up their mess, left parts all over my water tank. They did not finish the job we paid them for. I am considering making a complaint to the BBB as when I tried to speak with the Manager Mike, he would not listen to what his customer wanted or was telling him. They should have sent someone who was qualified to do the job instead of having to call the office every 10 minutes. Stay AWAY ! We have dealt with this company for years and will never call them again !
