Very pleased with Kevin. He came to our new home on an emergency call, and was able to resolve the issue right away. Kevin was extremely courteous, and generous with his knowledge. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and even made detailed recommendations as to what else needed to be done in our home to bring things up to code. My partner and I wish we could give Kevin 10 out of 5 stars!

As usual, John was great when he came out for our yearly inspection. John is always professional, courteous and friendly and is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of his job. He always takes the time to answer all questions and explains things as he goes through his inspection. I have always been very satisfied with his work.

Vince is one of best service tech I have ever contacted with during all my years with repair. He was very thorough in explaining all the mechanical systems of my house. He also helped me on planning for preventive maintenance so that emergencies can be minimized.
