Returned home from our ski trip to find our house to be 58 degrees. We arrived home at 6 pm, called Aaron but no answer, shortly after I received a call back and he had someone here within a half hour to diagnosis the problem. Promptly returned to install the part needed and all was good.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was given a quote to replace a furnace this price included relining the chimney. In the end the chimney relining was not necessary . Instead of telling me this was not done he just sent me the bill for the entire quote. I noticed the chimney work hadn't been done and asked for a reduction in the price since the work that was agreed on was not done. He said it took longer to do the other stuff so he felt the price was fine. This looked to me like he was trying to cheat me out of money for work that was not done as he had not told me in any way that the furnace replacement took longer or that there would be any extra costs while he was doing the job. I demanded a reduction in price and was able to get a partial discount for the work that wasn't done. 7 months later I have problems with the furnace he said that it isn't covered under warranty and that he will not do anything about it. Although he cant tell me exactly what is causing the problem he is sure that the problem was caused by water damage and isn't covered. yet he has not verified what is causing it not to work. So I am not sure how he can be convinced that it is water damage when he cant tell me what part is defective. He said if I pay him $90.00 he will come out and diagnose the problem. Again if he doesn't know what the problem is how can he say it is not covered under warranty.

We have used Aaron for all our plumbing and heating needs ever since Aaron started in business. The service he and his team has provided has been fantastic. The latest example was today July 29th when our blower motor quit on the furnace thus no air conditioning, 79 degrees inside and 29 outside, making for less than comfortable conditions. I sent Aaron a text at 7am to see if there was any chance someone could come over, at 9am Aaron himself is at the house, confirms the problem and by 10:45 the issue has been corrected and he is on his way. What more could you ask for.

Prompt, return calls, and a service man is always available. Highly recommend.
