I have had a very good experience with Reliance Gregg’s Home Services.. Colin (home comfort advisor) explained everything, Cody and Spencer who installed my water heater went above their duty to take my old washer and dryer out of the house. I appreciate it. Zach and the two fellows that installed my thermostat and furnace answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. They left the house with no garbage and clean. Would leave 5 stars because the service was fast, good work by the technicians and everyone was out there 2 hours after I called but the sales person was extremely pushy. Wanted a second opinion on our broken AC and he kept using analogies like "if a doctor gives you a diagnosis would you go see another doctor?" Yes I would! It was to the point where I was about to kick him out because he wouldn't take no for an answer but it was hot and my family needed something quickly. Again, the service and work by the technicians doing the install was top notch and would use them again but they should take a look at their sales tactics. If I didn't need it right then and there they would have lost my business.

A/C guy Philip came to my place ahead of time that’s was so impressive. He looked everything so professionally and explained me all possible solutions and guide me to choose the best. He did his job so well and in timely manner. I Would recommend him the best A/C technician

Seth was great! No complaints. Knew his stuff, and was in and out quickly and efficiently. Drove all the way across town to find the exact part we needed. Will call again.
