Desmond with Excelsior Mechanical responded so quickly to our inquiry about our Hot Water heater issues. He came the next day! He gave us a quote and adjusted it to suit our condo board requirements . Service and installation was great !

Hired Excelsior through Lowe’s installation services. They called me right away to schedule an appointment for the next morning. They handled everything from picking up the new hot water tank, to taking the old one away, and everything in between. Very friendly and efficient service.
