Lazy work. Needed to get our lines cleared. They only did the main drain and didn't do the toilet line at all. Had used them a few times before and they did terrible work. But i used them again to give them the benefit of the doubt. Will never use them ever again. We now have Reliance doing the work and they destroy Roto Rooter. If i could rate 0 stars I would.
The young fellow who came to my house was very knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. His 10 years of dedicated service sure showed with the service.
Terrible service... the people they hire on contract are not even plumbers! Came to fix my kitchen drain ended up destroying the pipe into the basement - therefore leaving major water leak in the basement - leaking sewer gas for a few weeks because no one goes downstairs into the bedroom. Had to hire another company to come in and do the restoration work clean up mold, water damage tear out drywall. I phoned week after week - sent pictures to the office manager and got told week after week they were waiting to hear from their insurance company. Nothing ever has been done. Something that should have cost $200 has not cost me $2500.00 out of my own pocket. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Cleaned my main line out to the street and one month later sewer line was plugged again! They refused to guarantee the work due to technician putting on receipt that he thinks my plumbing line may be cracked even though they had no proof of such a problem. City plumbers later informed me that this problem has been happening frequently with root-rooter jobs and they can't be trusted to do good work. No warranty with these clowns...dont use them unless your ok flushing money down the drain. I assure your payment won't get caught on the way down.
Sewer was backing up...they came, they fixed it, and it almost seemed like they enjoyed it
