Hydros Plumbing and Heating

Really great experience! We're re-doing pretty much everything inside the house. Whenever there was a concern, they took the time to explain process. My wife appreciated that when she asked a question, the explanations were earnest and informative. The finished product looks great! Furnace, water softener, pressure tank and RO system all working fine.

Exceptional service! The work was finished quickly in a professional manner. They went above and beyond, identifying some serious issues that I wasn't aware of and repairing them immediately. The employees were polite and professional. Hydros is easily the best plumbing company in the Battlefords, hands down.

I called my regular plumbing & heating ( River City Plumbing)for replacement of my 1989 badly leaking water heater, over 1 week passed and no contact so I called River City again and spoke to one of the plumbers and again was told they were busy with furnaces? I explained to them again that it was leaking badly but no go so I called Hydros Plumbing & Heating, right off the bat I was treated like you would in a hospital, I explained my situation to a very professional & pleasant Lady & she contacted one of her employees, Long story short, my new water heater was installed within a day! Thank you Hydros Plumbing. River City Plumbing had replaced my Furnace & kitchen sink in the past so I assumed I was a regular/loyal customer. Also was asked if I ever dealt with them before? I will never call River City Plumbing again!
