Centennial confirmed the appointment and tried to accommodate any time lines I had. I received a call with a 20 minute lead to say the technicians were on their way. Both Darren and Devon were polite and no work proceeded without a discussion of all the costs.

Centennial was quite booked up for the day but because I had an urgent issue they had a technician out in about 1 hour. Very prompt service. They keep in touch with info when the tech is on his way and then check in immediately to see how everything went. Andy the tech was thorough when explaining what needed to be done and what it was going to cost and did the job perfectly! On top of that, Andy was very easy to be around and easy to get along with, great guy.

I can't thank Adam at Centennial enough for helping us with our bathroom renovations. He went out of his way to help us organize our purchases, help with colour coordinating and making friendly suggestions. He was accessible and always had time to help. I would recommend Centennial (and Adam) for any renovation you are doing to your bathroom or kitchen. A true professional.
