Showed up for the first hour with the wrong tools, came back and got the job done in less than an hour... Once the toilet was finally fixed it broke again and I was informed by real plumber there installation was far from proper. Recommend ghost plumbing they were able to fix everything, reassure me things would work and far more reasonably billed
Excellent service and quality. I normally do not rate companies but I am so happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this company. Matthew and Michael were very courteous and they did a fantastic job of re-routing my gas line into my house. The price was very fair. After this experience, I will definitely use Saucier for a new furnace or air conditioner or plumbing work in the future.
Saucier Plumbing has been our company of choice for 20 years. We have always been extremely satisfied with their work. From the call to the office to the completed job all employees are professional and friendly. These highly qualified plumbers get the job done quickly, neatly & have always taken the time to answer our questions, explain the work & educate us on preventative maintenance. Terrible customer service. Had them out to install a water filter on our ice maker at work so that we wouldn't have to worry about leaks as a "professional" installed it. A few months after it was installed it leaked out all over our new cabinets in the kitchen. We called to let them know and they said they would send someone out. Over a week later they sent out an hvac guy who said he would need to send a plumber. After 2 more phone calls a plumber came out and said he would have to order a part and would return when it came. A few more phone calls later they sent out a plumber who then had the wrong part and would have to order another. We have now decided that 6 weeks without our ice maker and filtered water is plenty enough and will find someone who knows what they are doing to fix it right. Never again Saucier... what a joke
