Warkentin Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has been our contractor of choice for our needs at our home for many years. We also volunteer for Kingsville Historical Park Museum, a non profit registered charity and Warkentin has been the contractor for the needs of the Museum. Just recently one of their HVAC technicians, Arthur Hill, offered his free labour to clean the Museum air conditioners and Warkentins would cover any minor parts. A gesture greatly appreciated by the volunteers.

Warkentin were ok when they did our furnace and on other occations when young workers did other plumbing jobs. However when our toilet and sink got blocked the manager came around and we had nothing but problems. We had one small washroom that we could use and that was it but Warketins kept putting us off but came around several more times only to tell us it was blaocked. Then they used a very small eel which was useless. We said if you cannot do the job we will get someone else but they said oh we can arrange another eeling company to coming out with us only to find when they arrived agian the eel was old and they hardly used it. We ended up having both lots of people here one to take the toilet off the other to eel. What a night mare they did not do it correctly. All this took weeks and in the end they said oh we will have to dig. I decided to dig because by this point I did not trust them and all these visits costing money. I dug and found a few tree roots. I decided to call another plumber who fixed the whole job in about 1hour and came out that day. We had waited over a month of Wakentons sort out our pumbing. When I went into Walentin to complain they said oh it wont last and you need another line put in. They never mentioned that once when coming around agian and agian. It cost us over $800 for nothing and the only $141 for the other plumber who fixed it and three month later it still works fine. We would have been paying thousands if we had stuck with Walkentons. So I have lost all trust and it was a complete waste of money. They were not honest with what they had in mind either. So whether managment have become greedy or jaded I am not sure some of the younger workers were very good in the past. I paid over $800 dollars for nothing!
