I’ve dealt with Taps on several occasions. They always show up and perform the job in a professional and workmanlike manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

David called this company twice and was reassured both times, by a human being, that someone would get back to him shortly to set up an appointment. No one called back, except the woman who took his calls in the first place, who asked if someone had called back yet. When David told her no one had gotten back to him, she told him someone would get back to him shortly. Again, no one has gotten back to him. Just a heads up to anyone looking for a plumber, especially if it's an emergency.

Horrible experience. Save yourselves lots of money and time by going with plumbers from another company. They seem to forget I had them coming in for November, December, January, February to fix the heating problem.. Yes, it's a complex system.. yes you can send me all sorts of stuff. But a man just wants his system fixed at the end of the day and I have you every chance to redeem yourselfs. But there still isn't heat. If you can help out I can remove this comment.
