Jeff Smith took care of the drip in our shower quickly and professionally. He is personable and I felt comfortable with him in our home. He let me know what other things should be fixed but did not pressure me. I will definitely use Gotelli Plumbing and ask for Jeff for our future plumbing needs!

Tom did an outstanding job. He diagnosed the problem that we were having with our air jet tube. Said he will be sending us an estimate on either replacing tub or just removing and installing new tub, if we purchase. Tom was pleasant and very professional during his inspection in our home.

The service was efficient but they have changed their fee structure and charged almost $800 for a plumbing job that took under an hour to resolve. I tried to renegotiate this exorbitant fee but was denied any concession. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
