Reliance Home Comfort

I've always had great customer service from Reliance whenever I've needed them but John deserves extra recognition for the last service call I had. When John showed up he was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and got right to the point with his troubleshooting which is what I like. His attitude was very uplifting and positive all along with a huge smile. This is what customer service should be. All too often we get caught up in the day to day. John seems like someone who takes the time to break up the manatomy and makes people feel more comfortable. Thank you again John and thank you Reliance for employing people Like John.

I give Richard a five out of five. he was very professional and very polite he found the problem almost immediately! He also gave me some helpful tips on using my thermostat. all in all is a very positive experience and it was a pleasure meeting him

Our Reliance guy came and was incredibly helpful, and very efficient. He solved more than one issue and taught me stuff about our heating and cooling I did not know - and how to prevent things...he also solved an issue that has been bothering us for a while - I was extremely pleased!!!

Our hot water heater wasn’t working and leaking all over the floor. We called Reliance and they sent someone out within the hour. The repairman that came to our home was efficient and professional, including tidying up after himself. We are very happy with the service.
