We called to have our new water heater hooked up, and it ended up being defective. Aaron ( the technician from Hurst's) came out and helped us troubleshoot for hours. We ended up needing to buy a completely new water heater and Aaron came back after we got home and hooked it up. This all happened on a Saturday. He was amazing to deal with. Super knowledgable & personable and an all around great guy to deal with. Because of this experience, we would absolutely recommend Dave Hurst's to everyone and will absolutely use them whenever needed.

I sent 2 e-mails with pictures, and called once (spoke to a staff member) - about replacing 3 toilets, replacing a laundry tube with fixtures and some new cartridges in some older fixtures. I was promised a quote within one working day - they didn't get back to me. EVER. 3 or so weeks have passed - another plumbing company in KW did the work beautifully, and got my 5 star review.

As a student landlord, I struggle with finding reliable service providers. Dave Hurst Plumbing is an exception. His plumbers show up friendly - and on time. They also have emergency service. They also have a cutter which will clear main drains. A lot of plumbing companies do not. This company is a critical provider to my rental housing business. Prices are not cheap. But their service is second to none in Waterloo Region.
