We cancelled our water heater rental with Reliance and decided to buy. Looking for a local company they provided us with great customer service! The technician who came to do the job was fantastic! He was clean, efficient and did everything he could to not cause any damage.

Surprise! When I called and asked about billing I was told the rates. They neglected to mention you get billed an extra half hour for travel. This took my 30 min job to an hour and a half. Not impressed.
