We have worked with Teahen on several projects in our 1855 farmhouse. Everyone involved in the company -- owners, project managers, office staff, designers, skilled tradesmen -- has been friendly, easy to work with, and conscientious about their work. They have always come in on time and on budget with their proposals and estimates. As a matter of fact, they usually go above and beyond our expectations and never hesitate to consider how they can help even with unusual requests. They also seemed very knowledgeable about aspects of working with historic homes such as our little farmhouse. I would never hesitate to recommend Teahen to anyone looking to do small or large projects and would gladly answer anyone's questions or needs for reference. We hired Teahen Construction to completely gut and remodel the main floor of our home. We added a bathroom and custom kitchen. What could have potentially been a VERY stressful experience was anything but. The communication was amazing every step of the way. We were always kept in the loop.
