Great service! The technician cleaned my gas fireplace, it looks brand new! The glass was so cloudy that you could not even see inside, I can't believe the difference. Very polite, wore booties, cleaned up his mess, I will definitely recommend to others.

We had This company out to look at our fireplace in Nov. /2016. The technician cleaned the thermal coupler and also told us the fireplace should be condemned due to a safety issue with the glass exploding when lighting the pilot. He also went on to tell me that he couldn’t order parts to fix the unit and recommended a new fireplace. We continued using the fireplace and recently the blower stopped working. We called Firetech out of Woodstock in to give us a quote to replace the fireplace and he informed us that he could fix our unit and get all the parts needed. He also ensured us there was NO safety issue with the fireplace. Needless to say, our fireplace is working as good as new and repaired by an honest fireplace specialist from Firetech in Woodstock. Take my advice and leave the fireplace repairs to the fireplace specialists NOT the furnace guys! If I could rate this a zero I would.

Long story shorty this company will rip you off i was told a price when the time came to pay it was tripple what i was told the man that came to my house wasn't rude its not his fault the company he works for tells people different prices do yourself a favor look elsewhere May 23rd 2019
