Rooter-Man Plumbers

I called just after 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. Sandy took my call and was very nice and easy to talk to. She said the plumber would get to me between 10am-12pm. I have used plumbing services before but didn't expect this prompt and polite service this early on a Sunday morning. My plumber was Alex. He was very professional and polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He had the parts I needed stocked on his van and got the job done in no time. Professional, knowledgeable, clean and polite. Alex was amazing and did a great job. I would highly recommend Rooter-man and Alex to anyone who needs professional, quick, clean, worry free plumbing service.

I had Jay as my plumber and he was exceptional. Calm, and very competent offering the best options to resolve the issues. He took the time to explain what had happened and how he was going to fix it. He also noticed a slightly clogged sink (while fixing another issue) and took care of it too. I also had an amazing experience with customer service who was warm, friendly and provided good information.

It was a shock to come home Sat night and realize we had experienced a sewer backup issue in our basement. Rooter Man service call was made in a panic and they came quickly and right on time..Anthony was able to get the water flowing again and was very helpful in keeping the mess to a minimum. A few days later on Monday we had Stefan arrive for a camera inspection and I was so impressed by his calm demeanor, professionalism, and endless patience in determining the issue. I had called Rooter-Man Plumbers for an emergency service and they responded to the call quickly. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jay, who explained in great detail we had a sewer back up. Jay was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had to replace all the clay pipes to PVC. The problem was corrected on a timely manner, Rooter- Man was very proficient and timely. There prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
