I chose Burnell Mechanical to upgrade my water heating system and several sinks around the house. I was very pleased with the quote and excellent information supplied by Burnell. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner. The workers did an excellent and clean job upgrading the water heating system. Our new sinks look and work great in our newly renovated kitchen. I would definitely recommend Burnell Mechanical and will call them again when the need arises.

I had a poor experience with David and found him to be very unprofessional. When I had a problem with my radiators on the second floor I had him come over to assess the situation. Almost immediately upon meeting him I found that he used panic tactics to try and scare me into buying a very expensive new boiler system without spending anytime assessing what the actual problem was. He then tried to charge me over $400 for basically doing nothing (he provided a temporary fix to the upstairs radiator by filling the boiler with water which stopped working within a day). I've since had two other hydronic professionals quote me the exact same system (NTI) for a price that was significantly lower than David's. The craziest part about this experience was when it became clear that I wasn't going to use his services for a new boiler, he threatened to have my gas line shut off for regulatory non compliance, even though he spent almost no time assessing the actual problem. He actually came over to my house at 930 on a Friday evening (the following day)to tell me it would be shut off within 7 days. It was almost as if he had a personal vendetta against me for not using him. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over David's bullying type tactics and would not recommend anyone use this guy. I highly recommend staying away.
