YYZ Plumbing & Heating

This company is contracted to replace all of the plumbing at 2301 Victoria Park. The workers were in my unit three days and always left a big mess, dust everywhere and just barely swept, which meant I had to wash everything in my kitchen and bathroom myself. During their “cleanup” in my bathroom they knocked a small keepsake off my wall and THREW IT OUT WITH THE TRASH - no acknowledgement or apology. A few days later they began work in my neighbours unit - they came home to find their door literally wide open, and now there are items missing from their unit as well. Do yourself a favour and hire a reputable plumber who won’t destroy your home

HORRIBLE Customer service. Gentleman who answered the phone, was extremely rude to me. Did not let me speak. I needed assistance with an issue I was dealing with and got hung up on. Called back to speak with a manager or owner, would not give me their name. Not sure how you can run a business with that kind of attitude. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Unless you like Horrible Customer service, and Rude staff. Good Job guys.!

I just witnessed YYZ Plumbing truck driving like a maniac up the DVP. Nearly caused two accidents cutting across lanes and tailgating other drivers. Great way to represent your business.

This company is very rude! we had called for assistance and they were rude and kept hanging up on us! The man had no manners, wouldnt let me say a word and wouldnt advise who the owner of the company was to report him!!! Stay away, if you want receive proper service this is not the place!!!

The slowest service ever. They are in my building since 9am it’s 9pm and still no water
