Terrible! Never show up on time for any appointments and no customer service at all. Not going to waste my time and money with them.

Not happy. Made an appointment with him and used my work day to wait for him. Didn't show up, tried calling, didn't call back until 1 hour later. $150 base fee. A little much in my opinion.

Met with the company to sign an agreement to proceed with a reno job. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and everything went smoothly. I liked that the company does not charge for estimates, unlike Hoerner a compeditor.

I called 3 different numbers, as advertised on their signs- none go to an office. The people who answered weren't any help/borderline rude, and the number they gave for the office didnt exist. Tbh they have a different number here on Google, but I don't see why I'm chasing to give them my business.
