I contacted Nur because of what I thought was a blocked drain in my bathtub. Pouring Draino Max Gel into the tub the night before to clear the drain seemed to result instead in standing water accumulating at the base of the tub the following morning. Nur called me back within the hour, made arrangements to meet at my place after work, was waiting in his van when I got home, assessed the issue as a non-issue, since the water had since cleared and seemed to be draining properly, and didn't charge for the visit. We discussed other plumbing work that was needed and his prices and quotes sounded reasonable and fair. Based on my initial experience and assessment of his service ethic, I'm happy to give Nur a 5 star rating.
