Beware. Simple process--you have a backup, they come, clear the blockage minimally, drop a camera, show you some roots, and provide you an estimate for thousands of dollars of work. They do not auger/snake out the line to buy you time and they leave open the option for telling you later you need more work done.

They gave me a quote and told me they would call me back to set up an appointment. They never called back. I know it's not much but it was still a crappy experience as my place flooded 2 weeks later because the problem was not fixed. At least call me if you are booked up and let me know so I can call someone else. They did however give me a good price.
