we called RPS to check out why our bathtub wasn't receiving water at all although the rest of the house was fine, we assumed it was a frozen pipe but Alex quickly assessed the situation and found the problem and it's been working perfectly since. Also he fixed 2 separate leaking pipes in our basement and in our kitchen while he was here too. very friendly, very professional and explained everything he was doing thoroughly. he was also very patient with my hovering dog and cat at his feet.
