Reliance Home Comfort

Always reliable and professional service. Never had any issues with repairing my water tank, furnace and AC. Recently I got a vapor sensor failure in my water tank. I put a service call and was offered to get a technician at my house just in a couple of hours. The sensor was fixed by tech Patrick almost immediately so we had no struggles without hot water.

My technician Aaron got to my house very quickly. He was extremely friendly and was able to quickly fix the issue with my water heater. He was knowledgable on the equipment and was able to provide some advice and recommendation on how to protect in the future. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Reliance Home Comfort by email at 8 pm on Thursday evening and received a phone call right away regarding an appointment which I received the next day at noon. The sales person that arrived, Ahmad Nawa, was absolutely amazing. He was so thorough and provided great info. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase/rent through Reliance Home Comfort. He gets a 10 out of 5 from me.

Effi was our sales rep and he was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was also thorough, patient, understanding and really took the time to understand our needs and provide us with options. We felt no sales pressure to buy anything and he gave us privacy when needed. Once we agreed to what we wanted, everything was set up and completed within 24hrs. The reliance service people/ installers were just as kind and efficient and were also super clean. (Which was extremely important to us as our daughter has leukemia and a weakened immune system.) They installed everything quickly and took the time to ensure we knew how it all worked and explained what was what. Effi even called us the day of the installation to ensure everything was going fine. Everyone involved in the process made us feel as though we were their top priority client and they ensured that we were happy and satisfied! Would definitely recommend!!
