Had a plugged floor drain in our basement, Max was able to come address the issue within hours. Problem turned out to be much larger than expected and Max ended up spending over 2 hours before finally clearing the drain, yet he honoured the originally quoted price. Overall great service, will definitely keep Max on speed dial for any future issues.

Called on Monday, everything was fixed by Wednesday. Max is knowledgeable and gave me multiple repair/replace options. Great service and great prices.
