Prompt Plumbing and Drainage

Prompt plumbers came to my home immediately when I needed assistance. They were personable, efficient and left my home clean. I appreciated their service!

Guy straight up thinks I'm a liar. His plumber said my toilet water valve was leaking, when it for sure was not (he broke it). He was there to remove old toilet and install new. Yea my valve was a bit rusty but he straight out said oh it snapped,I said what snapped he said the valve. I did suggest before he started if he wanted me to turn off main water valve he said no its ok u need water. I said not really. He snapped my valve and charging me $120 for it. What kinda company calls the customer a liar. I have 2 other people living with me and none of us seen puddle or condensation or water of any kind in my bathroom on floor.

Gave great advice on how to mitigate the damage caused by a leak. Very friendly and helpful!

Couldn't be happier. Blown away by how 'prompt" (within hours) our serviceman was as well as efficient. Also great customer service that also helped flush the stress down the drain. Use these guys!
