Response to Mr. Jackson Nguyen. People cannot compare prices when buying from a local company who set up business for the convenience to service local people who live or work in the area. Their expenses are much higher than cyber stores. There are some areas in Canada where people do not have a bank in their town and they have to drive miles away to do banking. Or some people who lived on a remote farm with no telephone ( happy there are cell phones now) or electricity. You could have walked out and buy on line but you did not - maybe you needed the part to finish the job right away. You could have driven all over town wasting more than $10 gas looking for this part. Please do not make this kind of complain as intelligent people will find your comment not appropriate. You are lucky they have it in stock, see it and make sure it is the correct part, and you can have it right away to finish your job then carry on with your life. Buying it on line - it may look right but once you receive it - you may have to return it = wasting lots of your time. You should post an apology for your comment and be a big thinker.

phone customer service is terrible t, the guys on the other side of the phone are rude and impatient.

Awesome customer service ! When product is not available the turn around time is very quick to get something in. Prices are great and so are the people working at this branch, I'm a lifetime Wolseley Markham customer cause when my customers ask how soon can you get said item? I know Wolseley Markham will get or have what I need urgently. Bill, Jeff, Jason, Malcom, Will and Adam keep up the great work !

Store looks clean and organized & Customer service is good but priced way too high! After discount still over $10 more than amazon!!! Do your research!!! Or get ripped off! No refunds, in store credit only!
