Reliance Home Comfort

I had recently added on the plumbing protection plan with Reliance and we had an issue with our kitchen sink faucet, toilet and washer. Plumbing technician Mike B. came by and took a look at everything, fixed the faucet and toilet quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately we will have to get a new washer but having Mike’s expertise helped us determine it is not a plumbing issue. He was very friendly and professional and because of the great experience I will be requesting his services again in the future. Thank you Mike and Reliance for your great service! Addition: Recently had a slow leak with the kitchen under the sink and Dylan came over to fix the problem. Dylan was incredibly helpful, professional and had excellent client service. If I could give Dylan 10 stars I would. Thank you Dylan for your amazing service and excellent workmanship!

I just had my water tank replaced and I was quite pleased with the level of service I received. Tyler the technician (team member # 2392) was very courteous and professional, taking the time to explain what he was doing and how the new equipment functions. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything and carefully perform the tank swap with care to not make a mess or damage anything at my house. He was very thorough and I appreciated that very much! Five stars to the team!

Very pleased with the service. Noticed some water on the floor under our water heater. Reliance sent a service person out and he determined that the tank needed to be replaced. He had one on the truck and got right to work. The installation is tidy and he cleaned the area around the water heater when he was done. It looks better now than before he did the work. He mentioned some options about our furnace and A/C while he was here, but wasn't pushy when I said I wasn't interested. All in all it was a very positive experience.

After quite a few complications and 3 days without hot water - Tyler, Mitch and Christian showed up and worked tirelessly all night to ensure our new tank was installed and running. They kept me well informed about everything they were doing and then Tyler made sure to walk me through everything when they were finished. Having 3 small children, I am so thankful for the hours they put in tonight to insure we had hot water again! Thank you!

After having such a heat wave the last few days we called Reliance to have a quote done. They were about to come the next day for a quote and that was on a Sunday! On Sunday the sales rep informed us that we could have our A/C unit installed on Tuesday! Tuesday came around and we had the pleasure of having Aaron and Matt install the unit. Both were very professional, kept the house clean, extremely knowledgeable and weren’t concerned about our dogs being overly curious. They did a fabulous job with installing the unit! The A/C unit outside is nice and level and any thing that was done to the house was left like no one was here. Thank you so much Aaron and Matt! You two are amazing! Thank you Reliance for amazing Service. Highly recommended!!
