Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

Fast response, good skills and most important fixed my leak. Very reasonably priced and gave me options. I didnt want to pay for a complete overhall. Did what I asked. Customer service was very good. Would recommend.
The workers were on time and were able to repair my shower faucet. They also found out that my property did not have a water regulator and they fixed that also. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!
