Drain Rescue Plumbers Hamilton

I called Hamilton location and they sent out an estimator Wayne, who quickly evaluated my kitchen sink & plugged plumbing issues including bad odour. I purchased a whole jet pressure wash procedure where few days later 2 Ukrainian guys came in and pressure washed my entire plumbing from kitchen on 1st level into the basement drain, and then out of the basement piping out to the street. Even they inserted a fish camera that went inside the outgoing piping about 100ft all the way to the street to show me results, and the pipes were super clean. I'm glad I dealt with this company because they are super fast with their service, no extra costs were charged and they showed up in a professional massive truck with tremendous amount of machines, piping cameras, drains, pressure washing hoses..etc 10 STARS!!!!

Would absolutely never recommend. They use high pressure sales tactics and, in my experience, attempt to trick home owners into doing more work than is necessary to fix the problem. Providing a quote on a post-it note on a Sunday night, stating that a discount is available if I sign right then, but not on Monday, is highly unethical. Find someone else to call.

Really good company that has a lot of experience in this busy industry. They were able to fix my issue with no problem and provided me multiple future solutions.

Company is absolutely amazing. They did an amazing job with the replaced of my faucets, sink and showers. Really grateful!
